Welcome to HappyKampala! These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our grocery delivery service in Kampala, Uganda.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HappyKampala website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Our Service

HappyKampala is an online grocery shopping and delivery service operating in Kampala, Uganda. We purchase fresh produce and goods from local markets on your behalf, pack them with care, and deliver them to your specified address. We act as your personal shopper — we do not manufacture or produce the items ourselves.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Product prices reflect current market rates and may fluctuate. We strive to keep prices accurate, but final prices are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Custom orders and packages are priced on request.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Kampala for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery times vary by location (typically 45–120 minutes). You must provide accurate delivery information. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

5. Payment

We accept Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel), cash on delivery, and bank transfers for corporate clients. Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless you have an approved corporate billing account.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

HappyKampala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
